ini paypal saya gan yang udah di verivikasi :
OK langsung aja k TKP cara membuat akun paypal tanpa kartu kredit dan VCC dan verivikasi bank lokal :
1. login ke akun paypal, atau yang belum mendaftar silahkan daftar ke paypal
2.jika sudah login pilih menu profil ,terus klik tambah/edit rekening bank
3. Isilah data-data yang diminta dengan benar, nama yang ada di rekening harus sama dengan yang diisi.
4. Pilih menu hubungi kami,
5. setelah masuk terus klik kirimi kami email
6. jika sudah muncul kemudian pilih topik
7. jika sudah muncul, pilih rekening bank/kartu kredit kemudian klik Rekening Bank-tambah/Hapus/Edit.
kemudian klik lanjutkan.
8. klik Lanjutkan dan akan muncul formulir untuk diisi.
9. Jangan lupa untuk mengisis nmer 4 digit nomer rekening pada kolom rek
10. Isilah pada kolom dengan pertanyaan berikut :

11. silahkan isi kolom yang paling besar dengan sebuah pernyataan kenapa tidak bisa memverivikasi akun
paypal, karena saya mahasiswa jadi saya menulisnya karena tidak mempunyai kartu kredit.

I am just an university student. I use paypal to accept my payment from my freelance work. My client only use paypal to send their payment, and they require me to have a verified paypal account.
This is my problem. When i tried to verify my account, i must enter some credit card number and i dont have any credit card..
I ask you with all my respect..can i verify my account without credit card? How can i do that? I use paypal because paypal is really popular in online payment..And the most important thing is, I cant receive my money if i dont have a verified paypal account..
Please Advice me what should i do..?

14. Jika sudah mendapatkan email dari pihak paypal, intinya kita hasrus mengirimkan ke pihak paypal berupa
scan ID kita entah itu KTP atau pun SIM dll dan kartu rekening kita. waktu itu saya scan KTP, KTM
dan Kartu Rekening. kirim hasil scan nya ke manualverify@paypal.com
15. Tunggu email balasan dari paypal. pemberitahuan banwa akun kita sudah di verifikasi
